The Easy-Trim Ultimo HS breather membrane is a five layer heavy duty breather membrane, designed with an intelligent fleece-back technology to ensure the possibilities of condensation are eradicated when installed. The Ultimo HS breather membrane is designed to deal with high levels of moisture, similar to those experienced during the drying out of the buildings. The membrane absorbs and releases the moisture in a systemic way to prevent water droplets forming behind the membrane. This alleviates any risk associated with the condensation.

The Ultimo HS breather membrane, like all other breather membranes within the range, acts as a secondary barrier to prevent wind driven rain, snow and dust penetrating into the roof space below.Suitable for applications on warm, cold and hybrid roofs, together with Scottish sarking boards, and equally applicable for installations in timber and metal framed constructions.
