Sika Water Repel + is a high performance transparent water repellent specially formulated to provide a water repellent finish and prevent attack by water penetration on porous substrates such as brick, stone, masonary, , plaster, plasterboard, pebbledash, rendering, porous tiling, grouting, flags and block paving.

The product is white but dries clear Water Repel Plus does not contain solvents at a level which would be harmful to user or the environment and is non-flammable. Water Repel + penetrates deep into the treated area and actually chemically bonds to the surface, providing effective water repellency for many years.

It is unaffected by ultra violet light and offers improved water beading when compared to other traditional solvent based products. Water Repel Plus can be applied by standard low pressure garden spray, brush, mop or roller so no expensive application equipment is needed.
