Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If you place your order before 1:00pm during the week you will receive it the following day. If you order it before 1:00pm on a Friday you will receive it on the following Monday. We do not deliver on a Saturday unless requested at an additional cost.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

 No there no minimum order value.

Q: Do you keep all products in stock?

 99% of the time we will have the product in stock. If you want to make sure we have it in stock please call us on 01924 382112 and ask.

Q: Do I have to register to place an order?

No you do not have to register, you can place an order as a guest. However by registering it will make it easier for placing future orders.

Q: Do you offer an bulk discounts?

Depending on the product and quantity we may be able to offer a bulk discount. Please call us on 01924 382112 to find out.

Q: Can I have an invoice for my order?

If you login to your account you will be able to print off your invoice there. If you are having trouble doing so please call us on 01924 382112 and we can forward you one on by email.

Yes you will be receiving a quality product. We deal with all the biggest manufactures such as ACO, Manthorpe, Kestrel, Polypipe, Plaslyne, Clark-Drain so you can be assured you are receiving the best.
